FAQs

 

How much space does each sleepover tent need?

Each set up is 4 foot Width * 6 feet Length. (Think twin size bed!) We generally set up the tents next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space. Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter-free room, and a safe space of the kids to sleep. It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the teepees with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow your guest to get in and out of the teepees safely. For safety reasons and management of time we do not move furniture.

What age do you cater to?

Recommended ages are 5- any age. All kids must be potty trained.

Do you travel outside your service area?

Yes, depending on the location, a traveling fee will apply and will be communicated during booking. Must have 4 or more confirmed guest to book.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, To reserve your Party Date, $100 deposit is expected. This is non-refundable and will be applied to your party balance. The remainder of the balance will be collected on Party day.

What if I need to cancel/change my party?

Cancellation Policy- If your party needs to be canceled due to an illness or family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit will be applied to your new party. It is your responsibility to make your guest aware of the party date change and/or cancellation.

Do I need to wash the bedding?

No. Get Glamp·ish will handle the laundry of all the linens after it is collected. We use detergent brands that are free of perfumes and dyes and hypoallergenic.

Is the Linen washed after each use?

Yes! Get Glampish uses products that are safe, even for children with sensitive skin. The inflatable mattress and accessories are disinfected and wiped after each use to ensure cleanliness. Any decorative item is spot treated as necessary.
